AW Pneumatic Actuator Product Overview
AW pneumatic actuator pneumatic device for 90° rotation (1/4 turn) of the valve.Such as ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve and so on.The design and manufacture of this product adopts JIS standard, and the two boundary parts of the valve adopt the international standard ISO5211.AW/AW-S pneumatic actuator drive device mass production, excellent performance, stable quality.

AW Pneumatic Actuator Main Performance Characteristics
1, AW pneumatic actuator is divided into double acting, single acting type (spring return), 2 split cylinder.Easy to manufacture large size cylinder block.To meet the needs of a variety of large rotary valves.
2, The output torque, flexible balance, cylinder inner wall and piston shaft plated with hard chromium, with good friction resistance, all moving parts are equipped with oil-free lubrication shaft and guide ring to reduce the coefficient of friction, prolong the service life, AW pneumatic actuator U-shaped curve characteristics output torque is more suitable for large diameter ball valve, butterfly valve.
3. The sliding device made of low friction material avoids the direct contact between metal and metal.
4, The bottom fixing hole is easy to connect the actuator and the valve and make it aligned, in line with ISO5211/DIN3337 standard.
5, The bottom assembly hole is square, easy to connect with the valve stem and can be rotated 45° Angle installation.
6, Rotary Angle: double acting type =90°, single acting type =90° from both ends of the adjustable Angle ±5°.
7, Working environment temperature: -20℃~80℃.
8, Air source: filtered, dry or lubricating clean air, lower limit pressure 0.1Mpa, upper limit pressure 1Mpa.
9, Basic design: pneumatic double cylinder double piston fork transmission mechanism.Model Aw = double action;Model AWS= Single acting (spring return).
